We are one of the Triangle's premier live music and full-service restaurant venues. Family-owned and operated, located in Downtown Durham, we offer delicious BBQ, Ribs, Burgers and other mouth-watering delights in a high volume, fun and exciting environment.
We are hiring for the following positions:
Food Runners/Hosts AM/PM
We are looking for outgoing personality with a passion for service with a love for live music.
Duties
Greeting and seating guests, selling and taking tickets for shows. Managing the flow of guests into the dining areas. Assisting with expo and delivering food to the tables. Processing to go orders. Prepping to go sauces, rolling silverware. Managing the customer flow to the dining areas, clearing tables as needed. Estimate wait times and manage guest wait list
Skills

- Ability to work in fast paced environment
Pay: $10.00 per hour plus tips
AM shifts are usually 10:30am – 3:30pm
PM shifts can vary but usually are 4:00pm to close
We are open Tuesday – Sunday. Weekend availability is a must.

Servers AM/PM
We are looking for outgoing personality with a passion for service with a love for live music.
- Serves patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner.
- Provides information to help food and beverage selections.
- Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Prepares table for dining by providing condiments, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Helps patrons select food and beverages by suggesting courses, explaining specials identifying appropriate beverage pairings, and answering food preparation questions.
- Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons' choices and identifying patrons' special dietary needs and special requests.
- Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen and delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars.
- Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs and observing dining process.
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
- Concludes dining experience by acknowledging choice of restaurant and inviting patrons to return.

Bartender
We are looking for outgoing personality with a passion for service with a love for live music.
- Provides a pleasant drinking experience to customers.
- Serves drinks for customers and server needs while maintaining a clean and sanitary bar area.
- Attends to the detail and presentation of each order.
- Prepares and maintains ingredients by following recipes. Ensure an ample supply of fruits, mixes and supplies are on hand for the day's business.
- Adheres to proper alcohol handling, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintains appropriate dating, labeling, and rotation of all beverage items.
- Coordinates daily supply inventory for bar and submits orders to supervisor; assists with receipt of deliveries. Check stock levels and stock as needed. Re-stock at the end of day
- Contributes to daily, holiday, and theme drink menus in collaboration with supervisor.
- Ensures smooth operation of bar services during absence of supervisor.
- Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules, including dishwashing as needed.
- Assists with orienting new employees to their work area.
- Listens to customer complaints and suggestions and resolves complaints.
