Satchmo Babcock is a quintet of seasoned musical scholars that brings audiences a heaping plate full of old-schoolf R&B, Blues, Soul, and Rock & Roll with a little country garnish on the side.

The group includes members of the legendary Stinging Blades and the Mighty Fairlanes: Joe Bell (harmonica/vocals), George Hindenach (percussion), Rob McIntire (bass/vocals), Lindsay Rosebrock (keyboards), and Mark "Buddy Ro" Harrison (guitar/vocals).

A soulful set from these fellows mines for diamonds in the catalogs of such artists as: Slim Harpo, Doug Sahm, Dan Penn, Don Covay, Big Joe Turner, Junior Parker, Jimmy Reed, Chuck Berry, Tom Waits, and many more.
