It's that special time of year when the NC Polka Time Allstars turn into the NC Polka Time CHRISTMAS TIME Allstars! This is an all-ages, family-friendly lunchtime event that will feature all your favorite holiday songs. Perfect to bring all the generations of the family out to! 

Smile Together's favorite polka band is back at it, raising funds and making an impact for kids with cleft and craniofacial conditions. We're thrilled to partner with the NC Polka Time Allstars and The Blue Note Grill to support our mission!

This joyful, kid-friendly concert supports cleft and craniofacial research, education, and patient care. Smile Together is committed to creating a world where every child can achieve their potential—free from stigma and full of possibility.

Our programs promote positive change and advocate for the cleft and craniofacial community to eliminate barriers and celebrate every child's unique strength.
