Cream of Soul was formed in 1984 in Durham, NC by blue-eyed soul singers Barry Herndon & Blake Addison. The band toured the southeastern part of the U.S. extensively for 15 years. The group's exceptional talent raised the bar high, and the band was the gold standard for cover bands in the Carolina's, Virginia and Georgia.
